Identifying hearing damage at a point when it is not yet symptomatic, before the patient is aware of it, and long before it becomes visible on the audiogram.

This screening tool, based on 'Otoacoustic Emissions (OAEs),' evaluates the integrity (functionality) of the 'Outer Hair Cells (OHCs)' in the cochlea. This is graphically visualized (per ear) along with a 'pass/fail' assessment (per person). In the case of a 'fail,' the tool indicates the appropriate action regarding the extent of OHC dysfunction.
